INTERVENTION WITH THE LOCAL COUNCIL COMMUNITY OF OISANS

CyberSecura had the pleasure of speaking at a workshop for tourism professionals from the local council community of Oisans.

 

The theme of this intervention was "Valorisation of customer data and regulation".

 

Far from the anxiety-inducing speeches regularly relayed, highlighting cyber attacks and data breaches, David Rozier (co-founder and senior expert in data protection) and Marine Pelissier (lawyer in digital law and data protection consultant) presented the main principles of the GDPR, the main elements of compliance with the GDPR, but above all the ethics of this regulation.

 

We were thus able to discuss the context and the spirit of the GDPR, before asking ourselves questions about very concrete cases of use: what can be done with customer data? How can we use it in a way that respects the GDPR?
