CYBERSECURITY REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Regulatory compliance with NIS2 (Network Information Security 2) directive
The NIS2 (Network and Information Security 2) Directive is a European Union directive adopted to strengthen the cybersecurity of networks and information systems within the EU.
This directive applies to public or private organizations operating in critical sectors (energy, health, transport, digital infrastructure, banking, etc.) or exceeding defined size thresholds or providing essential services.
While only a few hundred organizations were affected by the NIS1 directive, several thousand entities will now have to comply with the requirements of this new NIS2 directive.
Regulatory compliance with CRA (Cyber Resilience Act)
The Cyber Resilience Act (better known by its acronym CRA) is a European Union regulation aimed at strengthening the security of products (hardware or software) containing digital elements across the entire European Union market.
This regulation applies to many economic actors involved in making products containing digital elements available on the European market, including manufacturers, software developers, importers or distributors of products containing digital elements, resellers, and other operators who make these products available.
